Describing the 2020 anti-discrimination Supreme Court case

Krista Watson from the U.S. Equal Employment Commission delves into the implications and the describes 2020 workplace anti-discrimination ruling that holds a workplace can not discriminate based on a persons sex, sexual orientation and gender. As a part of the federal commission that enforces nation wide anti-discrimination law, Krista provides background and insight to this new ruling. Watch the entire presentation below.

Krista’s presentation is a part of the online 2020 summer series organized by the Let’s Get Better Together Conference commission and supported by community donors. This summer series was organized to continue to offer educational discussions and hold space for LGBTQ+ health and wellness advocacy in the time of an international health crisis.
