We are excited to announce the 8th Annual “Let’s Get Better Together Conference: A Quality Look at Healthcare conference”, which focuses on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning and Queer (LGBTQ) health, June 27 & 28, 2019. The theme of this year’s LGBTQ heath care conference is strengthening our lives: authenticity, intersectionality, wellness.

We need your support to make this event a success!

LGBTQ Arizonans experience significant health disparities and often have great difficulty in accessing high quality health care. The Let’s Get Better Together Conference is one of the few in the country that focuses on the health care needs of these populations as an entire system of care: prevention, treatment, support services, and resiliency. The conference will provide a space for healthcare professionals to discuss their concerns, successes, and challenges, and will provide tools and best practices to all participants who attend.

None of this can happen without your generous investment in Arizona’s health. By becoming a financial sponsor, you facilitate the highest quality experience to conference participants at the lowest possible cost. In addition, you are improving the tools health care providers have statewide to increase the quality of life for the populations they serve, which provides benefit and decreases costs to all of us. Enclosed you will find a description of the sponsorship levels and their accompanying benefits, as well as a Sponsorship Confirmation Form. Please return the completed form no later than April 30, 2018, so that we may recognize your agency in marketing and registration materials. Please note that sponsorships received after that date may receive reduced benefits due to printing and marketing deadlines.

This two-day event kicks off June 27, 2019 through Friday June 28 at the Desert Willow Conference Center located at 4340 E Cotton Center Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85040.

The Let’s Get Better Together: A Quality Look at Health Care In Arizona conference has several opportunities for corporate sponsorship.
